Description
- Oversees a group of childcare centres
- Provides leadership to Principals in strategic planning, development, delivery and operation of programme and projects
- Ensures implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness in the delivery of centralised curriculum and initiatives at centres
- Possesses good knowledge of licensing and SPARK requirements, able to guide and coach Principals to meet the requirements. Visits centres regularly and conducts site evaluations and audits. Oversees day-to-day operations of centres that need assistance and attention.
- Facilitates innovation and lead principals to manage change
- Analyses enrolment figures, financial data, programme evaluation and other issues relating to child care, and provides recommendation and guidance to Principals
- Provides leadership for overall coordination, administration, implementation, management, evaluation and review of child care services, enhancement programmes, policies and procedures
- Provides leadership in setting up new centres
- Ensures centres meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Works with principals in managing feedback from different stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and Diploma in Leadership
- At least 6 years of supervisory and cluster mentorship experience
- Good communication skills (both oral and written), interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with various age groups
- A team player with proven records
